Rainforest Foundation UK
Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) has been working to protect the five million hectares of rainforest in the Republic of Congo since 1998. RFUK is a non-governmental organization that works to protect the rainforest through empowering indigenous peoples to defend their ancestral lands. Globally, they campaign in communities to tackle deforestation, gain land rights, challenge logging companies, manage their forests, and protect their environment.

Wildlife Conservation Society Congo
WCS operates in 6 protected areas and 5 Congo Basin Forest Partnership priority Landscapes. WCS Congo’s main activities include developing and implementing actions for effective wildlife protection, community based natural resource management, ecological monitoring, scientific research, and environmental education in the Republic of Congo. Through these activities they aim to save the wildlife and wild places of Congo while changing the public’s attitude towards nature.
